- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on weight and destination.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Refund & Replacement Policy
We take pride in delivering high-quality mangoes, but if you're not satisfied, here’s how we handle refunds:
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds or replacements are available for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect orders. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Evidence Required: Kindly share a photo/video of the product and packaging to support@mangobasket.com for quicker processing.
- Non-Refundable: We do not offer refunds for taste preferences or slight ripeness variation, as mangoes are natural products.
- Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
