Delivery Areas: We currently ship across India. For bulk or international orders, please contact us directly.
Shipping Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on location and availability.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on weight and destination.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

We take pride in delivering high-quality mangoes, but if you're not satisfied, here’s how we handle refunds:

Refund Eligibility: Refunds or replacements are available for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect orders. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Evidence Required: Kindly share a photo/video of the product and packaging to support@mangobasket.com for quicker processing.
Non-Refundable: We do not offer refunds for taste preferences or slight ripeness variation, as mangoes are natural products.
Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
